Our Founder
In 2021, Ana Gomez founded MyGermanWay with a clear vision: to pave the way for highly qualified MTRs and other skilled professionals from Spain and other countries to secure employment in Germany.
Her motivation is to positively change lives and make a sustainable impact on society by bringing highly motivated skilled professionals together with German employers.
With her many years of experience in adult education and her commitment to integration and professional development, she is an inspiring force behind the success of MyGermanWay.
Our Managing Director
In 2023, Mylène Martin-Kipp joined MyGermanWay. With her many years of experience in project management and intercultural management, she took over the Placement Division.
Her mission is the ideal connection of skilled professionals with our partner hospitals and practices. Her central focus is the well-being of the candidates and strengthening the local teams.
Starting in January 2025, she assumed the role of Managing Director in Germany—with the vision of creating sustainable connections between people and the professional world.
The dedicated team
Over 20 employees in Germany and abroad have made it possible, with their ideas and commitment, to have already accompanied over 100 skilled workers on their way to Germany.

We offer an all-in-one solution to pave the way for international medical professionals into the German healthcare sector. From language courses, official language exams, and continuing education to onboarding within the company or support after arrival and preparation for the knowledge test.

MyGermanWay is an official Telc examination center and regularly offers German exams in Bochum.

MyGermanWay is the first academy to offer preparation for the Knowledge Examination specifically for international MTRs.
Our portfolio of professional development programs is constantly expanding. Our specialized language courses for MTRs and MTLs are the first of their kind on the market. As a result, the time required for professional recognition for these occupational groups has been shortened to 7 months.
