MyGermanWay stands for needs- and customer-oriented placement services and training programs and guarantees quality in placement and training. In order to be able to offer consistently high-quality services regardless of the people carrying out the work, we are committed to adhering to the following principles. Customer Focus
We define our customers as all parties interested in our placement services and training programs. This includes the participants, the training providers, the funding bodies, but also the contracting companies, and society in the broadest sense, which has an interest in compliance with laws, environmental protection, and the conservation of resources. The economy, with its market-driven qualification requirements, the Federal Employment Agency, with its commitment to integrating graduates, and even employees and suppliers, are interested parties and must be included in this broad definition of "customer."
In this context, within the framework of existing procedures and processes, we examine whether the demands and expectations placed on us by the customer can be met with the available resources (equipment, media, facilitators, coaches). We strive to maintain and promote this through constant monitoring of processes as part of internal audits and by monitoring the daily completion of tasks. A continuous improvement process exists. The resulting objective is, among other things, the sustainable increase of customer satisfaction.

Training Offerings
We provide potential participants with clear statements and information on all relevant topics. They are personally coached and advised by us to enable a mediation-oriented, participant-oriented, and appropriate development. Collaboration within the mediation and program is individualized and tailored to the clients and participants, as well as the variety of methods used. Qualified and individualized measures ensure the success of the program.
Participants
Our advertising claims are truthful and reliable. Our placements and programs are transparent regarding objectives, participation requirements, participation conditions, duration, location, price, number of instruction hours, methods used, and terms and conditions. When developing our placement and training programs in accordance with Book III of the Social Code (SGB III), we consider the current labor market situation and developments and adapt them to the current training and job market.
