The duration depends on various factors, including individual circumstances and government processing times.

For EU citizens who do not require a visa, the process is immediate. However, for non-EU citizens, it typically takes between 1-4 months for a new employee to be ready for work. We make the process as efficient as possible.

How long does the training take until professional recognition?

For MTRs after entry, the advanced training "Preparation for the Specialist Language Examination" takes approximately 3.5 months. The advanced training "Preparation for the Knowledge Examination" takes five months. Our professional recognition program is completed in eight months.

What costs are associated with further training and professional recognition?

The costs for further training and professional recognition vary depending on the field and individual requirements. Preparation for the MTR knowledge test, including the exam, is refinanced by the Federal Employment Agency and is completely free of charge.
