1. Application and Document Review

You start an intensive online German course in your home country. The course lasts about nine months and prepares you specifically for the language exam.
4. Official Language Exam, Minimum B1
After completing the course, you take the B1 or B2 exam. With this certificate, you meet the language requirement for the next step toward a job in Germany.
5. Interview Preparation
We prepare you for your job interview with the German employer. Afterwards, you sign your employment contract or receive a confirmed offer.
6. Visa and Recognition Process
Together with our partners, we support you with your visa application and professional recognition in Germany. With the accelerated skilled worker procedure, this step usually takes around three months.
7. Housing Search and Arrival
We help you find housing or coordinate it with your employer. Once your visa is issued, we organize your arrival in Germany.
8. Professional German Course B2
In Germany, you attend the B2 professional German course alongside your work. Here, you learn the medical terminology and skills needed for your daily professional tasks.
9. Qualification Phase
Depending on the recognition procedure, you complete either a knowledge exam or an adaptation course. This phase usually lasts between seven and twelve months and prepares you to become a fully recognized professional.
10. Recognition as a Healthcare Professional
After passing the exam, you receive your official certificate. You are now recognized as a healthcare professional in Germany and can build your career for the long term.
