MyGermanWay stands for fair, transparent, and human-rights-compliant procedures in the international recruitment of nursing and healthcare professionals.
To ensure compliance with these standards, we have established an open complaint and whistleblower system.
Who can submit a complaint?
The procedure is open to all parties involved, in particular:
- international professionals (e.g. nurses, medical technical radiographers, medical laboratory technicians, physicians),
- partner agencies and cooperation partners,
- employers in Germany, and
- other third parties affected by our services.
What is it about?
Through our complaint system, you can submit reports, complaints, or comments regarding misconduct, unfair practices, or violations of our policy statement on fair recruitment and human rights.
General feedback on our processes or services is also welcome.

How does the procedure work?
- Every complaint received will be reviewed and processed within three weeks.
- Receipt of your complaint will be acknowledged, and upon request, you will receive feedback on the measures taken.
- All complaints are treated confidentially.
- The identity of whistleblowers will be protected upon request.

Whistleblower Protection Act
MyGermanWay complies with the provisions of the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG).
This law protects individuals who report misconduct in good faith from disadvantage or retaliation.
