Integration worker (f/m/d)

MyGermanWay supports international professionals in finding their way to Germany and successfully integrating here. Our goal is to make the transition into a new life as smooth as possible.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and empathetic integration specialist (m/f/d) to support our candidates in their first steps in Germany.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Airport pickup: Welcoming and receiving international candidates upon their arrival in Germany, including transfer to their first accommodation.
• Supporting international candidates: You accompany and support our candidates from their first day and assist them in all matters.
• Support on the first day of work: You ensure that candidates are well prepared for their first day with their new employer and, if requested, personally accompany them there.
• Assistance with administrative tasks: Assistance with opening a bank account, registering with the residents' registration office, and applying for tax identification numbers.
• Support with apartment searches: You help find a suitable apartment, organize viewings, and handle contact with landlords.
• Advice on everyday issues: You support candidates with everyday challenges, such as signing a cell phone contract or navigating their new city.
• Providing intercultural skills: You help candidates better understand German culture and the working world and support them in quickly finding their way in their new environment.

Contact person for all questions: You are the first point of contact for our candidates and accompany them throughout the entire integration process.

Your profile:

• Empathy and a passion for supporting people in challenging situations.
• Experience in working with international professionals or in social work is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of the German administrative and regulatory system.
• Organizational skills, strong communication skills, and reliability.
• Very good German language skills, at least C1 level.
• English and other foreign languages ​​are an advantage.
• Intercultural skills and a good understanding of the challenges faced by newcomers to Germany.
• Class B driver's license.
